These lovely Mexican-cured beans from Mexico have extracted for well over a year to provide a super luscious extract with rich cream and caramel flavor. 

I don’t expect them to last long. As always, my extracts are 100% pure vanilla in an alcohol base. No flavorings or additives. These delicious flavors come from the beans combined with the location they are grown – much like honey or wine grapes.

India:

Indian beans are the perfect balance between the comfort of a familiar vanilla richness and luxury. Smooth and creamy with deep flavor with a tiny hint of dark cherry undertone. I can see this one in chocolate treats of all kinds.
