
What is so special about your Cinnamon Vanilla Sugar?
Besides the fact it is delicious, we use only Madagascar Vanilla beans that has been freeze dried then ground into a beautiful powder. Then we gently and lightly toast fresh Ceylon Cinnamon, also from Madagascar, and then grind it into a powder, sifting out larger particles. We then further grind both the Cinnamon and Vanilla with Organic Cane Sugar until it is pure powdery bliss. This allows us to get the cinnamon and vanilla, that do not dissolve, into as small a particle as we possibly can.
Concerned about the safety of our Cinnamon?
Our cinnamon is true Ceylon Cinnamon. This is important because other species of cinnamon are known to cause organ damage. Additionally, we are aware of all the cinnamon recalls and only use cinnamon that has easily passed safety tests.
What can I do with Cinnamon Vanilla Sugar?
It might be easier to ask โWhat canโt I do with it?โ You can:
- sprinkle it on buttered toast
- toss it with melted butter over popcorn
- add it to your cinnamon roll mixture with brown sugar
- use it in place of sugar and vanilla in some cookie recipes
- add it to your coffee
- add it to our Hot Cacao with Vanilla
- add it to our Vanilla Roobios Tea
- sprinkle it on frozen pop-can croissants before you roll them up
- toss pretzels into melted butter, then sprinkle before lightly toasting in the oven
- use it as a bagel topping
- add it to cream cheese for a yummy spread
- whip it into butter
- sprinkle over you bacon of choice โ works well with turkey bacon โ before you bake it
- use it as a glaze for your holiday meat of choice or to glaze your yams
