I love vanilla! All things vanilla. I’m a Mid-Michigan wife, mother, and child of the One True God, who loves making vanilla goodies at home. If you are looking for traditional or unique vanilla extracts, I’m your gal! However, I only sell to local, in-person pick ups because of cottage food laws.

I extract my vanilla for at least a year to get the full flavor possible from the beans. There are no added extras like sugar, propylene glycol, etc., that you might find in store-bought extracts. Just beans and alcohol, as it should be.

I also wrote a book to help you make your own extracts, dispelling the misinformation out there, because the one you make will always taste the best!
