Comoros is a group of three islands off the eastern coast of Africa. Often known as the Perfumed Islands due to the flowers that grow there.  Wedged between Africa and Madagascar, the rich volcanic soil most likely plays a key role in the unique flavor profile of white chocolate, violet, and bay. To me, it smells just like the white chocolate bunnies I would get each spring. There are only a few bottles available this year, grab one or you'll have to wait until next fall.
